Good morning,
I use a Fujitsu Lifebook P7230, In my oppinion, the greatest laptop on the
market. That being said, I have to echo the previous post, it is all about
your needs and realizing that your laptop will likely not be very upgradable
once purchased.
Having sold portable computer products for three years I can tell you that
the followint are things to take into consideration. You have to decided
from this list what is most important and what you are willing to compromise
on.
- Battery life, how long will you actually be able to go without it being
plugged in.
- Performance, will the computer be able to meet your needs and not be too
sluggish.
- Portability, how large / heavy the laptop is.
- Features, DVD, loud clear speakers, etc.
- Usability, are you comfortable with the keyboard, is there a enable /
disable wireless LAN button that you accidently hit all day (ACER).
- Cost, obvious.
HTH,
Everett
