hi folks,
i apologize for not getting this out to folks earlier, but i have had a
stream of problems hit me to day that has had me distracted to no end and
simply forgot until i was sitting out on my porch a few ago having a
cigarette and remembered my intent!

for those of us with notepad computers like the acer aspire one, there is an
application available on:

www.giveawayoftheday.com

called paragon netburn, its a cd/DVD burning application for notepad comps
that will use a burner on a networked computer as if it were attached to
your notepad comp. i don't even know if it is accessible yet, but if it is,
then this can be a useful little application especially since its free to
download and register until midnight tonight your time. 

i also found out that another program i got from here, and the company has
been offering each new version it makes on the same site, called starburn
will also do this, and starburn i know is almost totally accessible. 

starburn is also good for cd, DVD, hddvd, and blue ray and will also mount
an ISO image so you can use it as if a burnd disk. 

so you can wait for the next version of starburn or you can grab the paragon
app and give it a try.

*note, if you download the paragon app, when you unzip the package there
will be two files there, a readme and a setup file, make sure your notepad
has Internet conductivity and read the read me file before you start the
install since if you don't you will probably goof on the registration
process and have to un install and start over again if you don't read it!
