[JAWSLite] a free accessible online translator service or program?

friends, I'd like to ask this question.
I'm looking for an accessible free online translation software that will 
help me translate words and or phrases from english to say, Swedish etc.
I checked out this funny-looking version of multitrans, but I can't make 
heads or tails of it!
can someone help me?
