I use Road Runner, but I don't use it for much more than an email
account and a way onto the internet. I find their web site to be flash
based and mostly inaccessible. I do have URL's to specific web sites
though, such as help and account management, so I don't have to go
through their web site.

I must agree with Trouble. However, I don't often use the RR.com site or info,
because I kept my MSN address. And, yes, you will lose phone when/'if power
goes out. Each service is good, but with phone, you have no ^69 feature and no
free 411. However, you can dial 1.800.free.411 and there's other free
information companies as well. I think Googgle now has free 411, but you might
want to do a search to inquire, because I cannot remember how to dial it on la
tele.

Hi.
While in the process of moving apartments, I've been trying to start
a new Internet and phone service. Verizon has proven very difficult
to work with. Now I'm looking into Time Warner Road Runner. does
anyone have experience using TW's Internet service with JAWS? Any problems?
Thanks.
