If your disabled you get free 411. Just fill out the papers for it. As far as the rest of the who needs ^69 with caller id, besides that service you pay extra for on any service.

Each service is good, but with phone, you have no ^69 feature and no free 411. However, you can dial 1.800.free.411 and there's other free information companies as well. I think Googgle now has free 411, but you might want to do a search to inquire, because I cannot remember how to dial it on la tele.
