Um, where is the built in zip utility in XP Home, or is there one in XP
home? After reinstalling our operating system a while back, this function
seems to be missing.

WinZip is accessible. I don't know of any advantages that it has over the
zip utility built into XP. XP's built in utility is acccessible and very
simple- perhaps a little simpler than WinZip. Hope this helps.

 Hello

I have not made a decision on the subject. I am trying to learn if there
are benefits to getting the Winzip program because MS knows that there is
already a zip function in their program. I want to know if there is a
reason to get Winzip and if the program is accessible.

Hi there! Are you using Windows XP? Zip file functionality is already
there. I have had no problems with it regarding Zip files. Why do you
want to get Winzip? At 09:27 PM 8/29/2007 -0500, you wrote:

 Hello

I just received a notice from yousendit.com, offering a discount on Winzip
Pro 11.1. The promote various new features. Does anyone have experience
with this new version and know how well it works with JAWS 8.2 Pro?
