[JAWSLite] Trend Micro

        Is anyone using Trend Micro security suite!  

My husband put it on my laptop when my Norton ran out because I did not want
to use 2007 or 2008.  I don't connect the laptop to the net very often
because I am using it to store and work with some electronic medical word
books, dictionaries and the like.  

However, this morning it kept telling me Jaws was a threat, I could not get
to the system tray, the desktop tray, and my number pad was disabled, could
not use right and left arrow keys.  Finally, because the wireless is turned
off, I uninstalled it so I could access the materials I needed.  

He put it on my desktop here at home and so far, knock on wood, that seems
to be working but, I am not sure how to use it, how to convince it that Jaws
is indeed a program I want to be there and I cannot work with half my
keyboard not functioning when it works fine when the program is not
installed.  
Any help will be much appreciated.  

Other suggestions for security software would also be appreciated.
