I'm using version 2.0.0.14 of Thunderbird, and I find it totally
accessible. I do have to manually toggle the virtual cursor on and off
when I'm composing a new message. I've been using thunderbird for years
though, maybe as far back as version 1.5, and I've never found there to
be any significant accessibility issues. I've never used Outlook or
Outlook Express, so I can't compare Thunderbird's accessibility to that
of OE.
