[JAWSLite] Tandem center problem

Hi list, i tried jaws 10.0 in 40 minute demo mode and tried using tandem 
center. But when go to get acces to a computer i get a message
Meeting not allowed
The serial number is not allowed to connect. Please contact customer support 
for assistance.
OK 

where is the problem?
