There is the very blind friendly Goldwave audio editing program. It is not
free, but if you do any audio editing at all, it is extremely worth getting.
Goldwave has many, many editing features, including changing the speed of
your MP3's. It also works with many other files like .wav, well heck, I've
forgotten all of them just now.
I can't remember if it has a free trial period before you have to purchase
it. I "think" it does. It's been a while since I purchased it.
I hope this helps.
