[JAWSLite] Skype help

Hello
 

I am a Skype user and, some how, my account got switched from U.S. Dollars
to some foreign currency.  I received an e-mail from Skype indicating that
they were responding to my request for the change.

 

I went to the Skype website and then to their Help link.  They have text
that tells people to go to the Submit Request link on the "next page" if
their general answers do not apply.  I put on my Jaws cursor and searched
for a way to get to that next page and I can find no link, button or
anything else to move me to the next page.  Is my Jaws 8 missing something?
