hi,
there is two options to do this:

1st option. select the .zip file, press application key, arrow down to Extract 
All... and hit enter then follow the instruction on 
screen.

2nd option. press enter at the .zip file and you will see all file in that zip 
package. press alt+f for file menu, arrow down to 
extract all... and hit enter then follow on screen instruction.
