It does have to do with Jaws since that's what I'm using.

Does this have anything to do with jaws itself?  If not it's OT here.
You might post the question on the blind-windows list as it sounds like it's

        Hello,
        Has anyone done much with reorganization records or files using 
dragging and dropping?  If not that method, what have you found to be most 
successful.  I know for example in IE7 you can reorganize your favorites but In 
my attempts I found it difficult to be sure of where I was actually putting a 
record I was moving.  I hope my questions make sense but I'd be very interested
