Try saving the PPT presentation as a RTF file and then you can read the
information in word.  Follow the steps

1. With the PPT slide open.  Press F12 to open the save as dialog box
2. Name the file
3. Tab once to file type and change to RTF or desired choice
4. Choose the location you wish to save the file to
5. Press enter on save
6. Then you can open the PPT slide in a word document and use the regular
reading commands to read the information

Hi,
Can someone tell me the key board commands to make the power point slides be
read one after the other without having to do a command at the end of each
one?

I am using MS power point 2003, JFW version 9 and Windows XP Pro.

I did check the insert F1 F1 for the command that I would need to use and
could not find it.
