Problem with various Jaws cursorsDid you turn on the Laptop keyboard
configuration? If not, do the following:
1. Hold down the Alt key and press the Tab until you get to the JAWS window,
then let up the keys.
2. Use the keystroke Alt-O to bring up the program's options menu.
3. Press enter on the basics menu choice.
4. Use the tab key until you get to the combo box labeled "use keyboard
layout."
5. Use down arrow key in the combo box until you get to the choice for laptop
configuration and press enter.
If you already have the laptop configuration set for your keyboard layout, you
can create the keystrokes to apply for activating the various cursors or for
routing them by using the keyboard manager. However, it is advisable that you
first make sure that the correct keyboard configuration is being used.
Happy new year!

Subject: [JAWSLite] Problem with various Jaws cursors
Hello,
I just installed Jaws 9. I went to use the Jaws cursor by pressing caps lock
plus the letter 'P'. This is on a Del 5160 laptop. I could never get this to
work. The same is true with the route Jaws to PC cursor. Has anyone
experienced this? What did you do to correct this issue?
Thanks,
Kevin Meyers
