[JAWSLite] Problem with all web pages

I have a friend who has Windows Explorer as I do and has XP like I do. 
However, her IE suddenly brings up a weird page on any web site that has a 
strange message regarding not being able to resolve the DNS connection, and 
also all she can read besides that is "Open Parent Document Button". She did 
not change anything on her computer, and no one else has access to it. Can't 
find how to change or resolve this. HELP! PLEASE!
