Unfortunately, no. You have to wait. Thus the reason when I get a pdf
document I send it back to the originator and ask for it in a more
accessible and useable format that will not waste my time.

I suggest a polite full name for this acronym "PDF" is "pretty Damn
Foolish" as it causes delays, frustration, and frankly time is money in
this world and I want something that will be accessible and useable when
I look at it the first time.

How do you know if it is an image before opening it? If Adobe says it is
empty, what do you do for instance to have Kurzweil read it?
