I think it's announcing the style. See if that is checked in the verbosity 
settings with insert V.

well, the only thing I can think of is;

you need to go back into, configuration manager/speech and sounds;
tab to edit scheme button.... once in there.
you could, shift+tab, one time, you should hear;
general.

now, right arrow until you hear font name tab.
tab one time, you should hear;
default, and then what ever the setting is.
if its not set to ignore, tab one time, and down arrow to ignore.

now tab okay,
tab okay.

alt+f4, say yes to changes.
