[JAWSLite] Outlook 2003

Hi,
I have had Outlook 2003 on my home computer for about six or so years I guess.
I remember that I had to make many changes before I began to use it. I don't
seem to be able to find the list of changes that I need to make. Can someone
send me the list or where I can find it?
I need it because we are changing to Outlook at work from GroupWise.
