When you have a contact open.  Press alt m, this will open a dialog box and
you can maneuver around by first letter navigation or just use your arrow
keys. HTH

I don't think there is a way to do this. When you open the contacts dialog
box, there are no shortcut keys to move to the phone number or e-mail
fields.

The only thing I can think of is to use the Jaws cursor to read the phone
number or e-mail address when you are in the list view of contacts. When you
move to a particular contact in the list view, you cannot use the say line
command to read the line, but you can route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor
and then move by word or character to read the phone number or e-mail
address.

I was hoping that Jaws 9 would enable you to use the PC cursor and the say
line command to read this information, but unfortunately, this is not the
case. This is true for both Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003. I don't know if
it works any better with Outlook 2007.

I use Outlook 2003 to store my Contact information.

When I go to a contact name and want to find either the phone number or
e-mail address of the contact, I have to tab about 10-12 times before I get
to these fields in the contact information.  Is there a quicker or more
simple way of getting to this field using Jaws and/or Outlook hotkeys?
