[JAWSLite] Re: Obtaining Phone or E-Mail in Outlook contacts

Hi,

To add a new contact in Outlook, you can press the shortcut key Control
Shift C. This will put you in the new contact dialog.

As far as the other problems you mentioned, I don't have the same problems
on my system. About the only things I can think of is to make sure your
windows are always maximized and that your video drivers are up to date.

I too find this annoying - that there are no shortcut keys for moving to a
specific field within a contact in Outlook 03 with JFW 8.0. On a new desk
top computer I can't even find how to add someone to my address book
automatically. On the laptop I can get at it from the applications key
context menu if I am in the "From: field. On the desktop, using the jaws
cursor I do not get the same context menu which used to allow me to add
someone to my address book.
Also when I go into the menus I don't always hear all the menu items
such as go to or send receive settings. Sometimes a whole column of menu
items is not spoken, when I open new mail I am not at the top of the e-mail
message and other annoying things happen like information from other
windows often bleeds through into the application I am working on.
These are just a few areas in which JFW loses focus or other things are
going on.
