I am not sure, but I have a zipped package with some outlook sheets in it, and though I'm not sure on the versions in it or on the following site, there might be short cut keys that will work for you. for my sheets use the "grab bag" link under my name, for the other place go to: 
www.jfwlite.com
and look in there help hints section.

I use Outlook 2003 to store my Contact information.

When I go to a contact name and want to find either the phone number or
e-mail address of the contact, I have to tab about 10-12 times before I get 
to these fields in the contact information.  Is there a quicker or more
simple way of getting to this field using Jaws and/or Outlook hotkeys?
