[JAWSLite] Re: No Font

Mine does in fact return font information, but, FWIW, remember that Notepad doesn't do any formatting as such, and that might be why it's not returning any real information. 

What version of Jaws are you running?

You get that if you are in an empty document or at the end of a line. Also at the start of a line if you are directly to the left of a Tab. If you are over text you should not get it.
