Hello there,
I use the free anti-virus program called Avast.

I have been using this with Jaws with no problems.

but here is the deal.
the program is free but u have to register it.
the registration process requires you type in some characters that will be 
shown on the screen in a picture box.
I needed sighted assistance to do this.
when you install avast..it runs fine for 60 days without registering..then it 
will stop if u do not register it.
once registered..u have one year of free use.
I strongly prefer this program over the norton AntiVirus program I gbought.
It has audio files built into it..
so whenit is updating you hear a voice say..
virus database has been updated.
when it finds a virus..it says so.
I talked to the support team at this company and complained that the picture 
box will not
work for blind computer users..
was assured ti wil be changed to either a picture box or an audio file soon.
but question..when is soon?
