I've been using Jaws 8 because of some of the bugs in Word with the first release of Jaws 9. I now downloaded and installed the new patch for Jaws 9 and I'm having a problem getting it to talk at startup. I've checked it to run at startup and it loads but doesn't talk. If I use narrator to unload it and then reload with a hot key, it works fine. I had this problem with the first instance of Jaws 9 but can't remember what I did to fix it. Yes, Jaws 8 is unchecked and does not load. 

Any ideas?
