Well, as usual, I disagree with everything you're saying here, no
surprise!
Yes, the Ultra *is* based on the Oqo; anyone can called GW and confirm
this.
It was easier to use 2 words "generic counterpart" than go through all
this tediousness you've raised, but I still believe they're use is
acceptible. The Oqo is an Ultra without Window Eyes. My local Window
Eyes dealer has confirmed this, and will sell me either an Ultra or an
Oqo (which he aquires somewhere else).
You seem so surprised and indignant that GW has done something to the
Ultra and therefore raised the price!!?? Oh my gosh, what a concept to
get outraged about, value added!
I believe you as a jaws dealer sell jaws for more than you pay, and you
don't even add value!
