If your running xp media edition. Then you are already running xp pro. That is why you had to up your jaws key to pro version.

I have heard that to use Jaws with Media Center, you must have Jaws Pro.
It would be too bad if someone in your situation can't use the Jaws home
edition.

What she actually has on the computer is windows XP media addition.
