Thanks,  Just found that out here as well.  Bryan Carver is also reporting 
that win2k is dropped in jaws 10.

Hi Rick,
After getting the emails mixed up, I gave the incorrect info on Windows 2k 
and Jaws 10 beta.
Jaws 9 is the last version with Windows 2k support.  Jaws 10 doesn't work 
with Windows 2k.
