Hi JAWS experts (we're all experts, aren't we? -- Snicker, snicker),
On a Toshiba laptop running XP pro, I installed JAWS 11
(J11.0.611-32bit.exe).
It asked me if I wanted to reboot now or later. I picked later and
restarted my earlier version of JAWS; version 7.
I wanted to check the automatically start JAWS setting. I didn't change
anything. I just took a look and then restarted the system.
Now, every time I start the computer, JAWS is screwing up.
It says,
"no window is active. Press Windows key plus m to go to the desktop.".
Of course, I know it doesn't work, but, I tried it and, of course, it
didn't.
I'm stuck there.
My question is, "Can I resolve this without sighted assistance and if so,
how?"
Thanks.
Reed
