I had another source say that j9's work was concentrated on vista adaptations and fix's so I guess its up to me to see what is actually up. of course, grumph!

Actually, there was surprisingly little about Vista mentioned in the review. I think overall they spent about two minutes on it, if that.

Aledgedly, but they haven't published a fix list, let alone a public beta build, so who knows?
