[JAWSLite] JAWS 9 Repair

I was wondering if anyone knew why Freedom Scientific removed the repair feature from JAWS 9. It is not available on the disc so if a person is having trouble with JAWS and does not have sighted assistance how do they figure that a person can remove the program without speech! True in Windows XP and Vista have narrorator but one should not have to use that. Aside from that if JAWS 9 works with Windows 2000 that feature is not available.
