[JAWSLite] JAWS 10 and multiple sound card support

There seems to be a new feature, multiple sound card support, in JAWS 10
Build 1139 that was not mentioned in the Build 1139 enhancements sections of
the What's New in JAWS 10 document on the freedom web site.  However there
is a section in the What's New document describing it, and the JAWS
Utilities menu for this build has a Sound Cards sub-menu, which did not
exist in Build 512.  Does this new feature support more than just the
Eloquence synthesizer?  Before you could direct Eloquence to a specific
sound card by modifying the JFW.ini file, but you could not do this for any
other synthesizer such as SAPI5 or DECAccess32.
