Well, it's partly true. Yes, it is a pay service, however, there is also
talk of everybody getting some free time every month. If you do a lot of
helping, then you'd have to pay for the service, but if you just help
somebody out once in a while, then you can use the free time every month.
The people you help or get help from have to be running jaws 10 for the
service to work. It has it's draw backs, but personally I think it's a good
move forward. It might be a service I never use, but then again, who knows
if I call FS with a problem and don't understand something, I can just let
them fix it for me.
