This message is supposed to be one of the enhanced features of IE 8, so
there is no way to turn it off. Whenever an IE session is interrupted, you
will always get this message the next time you launch IE 8. I encountered
so many glitches with IE 8including this annoying message, that I reverted
to IE 7.
