[JAWSLite] J Say & Jaws

Hi Listers!
About a month ago both my hands started getting numb, they are now at the point where it is getting quite difficult to use the keyboard. Are there any on this list that have used or are using Dragon & J Say with Jaws? 
If there are, I would certainly appreciate any comments ( pro or con)
My OS is Windows XP pro, Jaws is 8.0.1163 or any earlier version.
