[JAWSLite] Image for Windows?

Hello Listers,
I believe some of you are using Image for Windows as a means of backing up
and restoring your hard drive. Do you know of an audio tutorial or at least
the written step-by-step instructions for using the program and creating a
boot disk with a batch file to automatically restore using a specific
archive? Thanks for your kind responses in advance.
