[JAWSLite] Re: Help with list gone mad!

Sarah, because a lot of folks like myself didn't get a notice that the list 
has moved to a different email address, a lot of folks were caught off 
guard, and have been writing test messages to the list to make sure they 
were still subscribed. The traffic should slow down in the next couple of 
days. Smile. I have been getting lots of emails too. But take heart, it will 
get back to normal in a couple days

What on earth has happened, last week i was getting one email per day into
my inbox with a summary of all the emails for that day, Now, I have had over
50 emails from the list and it's driving me crazy. How do I stop this or
unsubscribe?
