[JAWSLite] Help requested for BSNL Broadband.

Dear Friends,
I am Anubha Bhargava based at Allahabad.
I want to humbly request u to pls help me solve my problem.
I'm using BSNL BROADBAND RS. 250/00 House/Personal Plan with Windows XP & JAWS 
8.0 on my laptop.
Since a few days I have no idea why whenever I try to connect the Broadband, I 
get the following error message :
'Error Connecting to broadband
Connecting through WAN Miniport (PPPOE)...graphic 828  Error 678: The remote 
computer did not respond. For further 
assistance, click More Info or search Help and Support Center for 
this error number.
Redial Cancel More Info'.
Pls do help & guide me to solve this problem once & for all.
I have launched complains on BSNL TOLL FREE Number several times but there was 
no response from their end.
I have even got my IP reconfigured, but still the problem stands as it is.
Now I don't know what to do & How.
I'll be highly obliged & All yr kind & invaluable help in this matter will be 
deeply appreciated.
