[JAWSLite] Re: Graphic xxx Meanings?

Hi there! The Graphics Options for JAWS are All, Labeled, or None. You
can set these options temporarily in the Verbosity Dialog (Insert+V) or
permanently for the particular application you are using in the JAWS
Configuration Manager (Insert+numrow 6). When Graphics Mode is set to All,
JAWS reads the ASCII value or number for that graphic. Most of the time,
you will want to have the graphics in applications set to labeled only, and
before you begin regularly using an application, you should use the
automatic graphics labeler (Insert+Control+G and allow JAWS to try to label
any of the graphics it can. All graphics mode is most helpful when you
need to try to label all the graphics you can with the automatic graphics
labeler or just some individual graphics with the individual graphics
labeler (Insert+G. You will not hear any graphics numbers spoken when you
set the graphics mode to labeled for your application, and so that's the
mode you will want to use most of the time. I hope this explanation has
been helpful for you
