Hello,
I don't know of any freeware programs for faxing using Vista, but you can
fax using PamFax and pay with Skype credit. PamFax is free and when
installed can be used from various applications such as Word 2003/2007 and
others. I believe payment is on a per page basis. The link for downloading

There is a stand alone fax program that will work with Vista Home Premium
called SnappyFax. You can try it for 30 days with all features working. I
think the cost is $30 to buy it. Here is a link:
