yes we had a misunderstanding in terminology, I did mean either a repair or
reinstall of jaws.
I have a shortcut on my desktop that starts the install file for jaws,
which until this last update has given me the opportunity to repair or
uninstall jaws. , if you can get/enter on a install file and get the repair
option in the second jaws install window then try repairing it, if not, then
uninstall and re-install it.
jaws does get corrupted by little things and it can end up with permanent
(for that install) problems.
I am extremely hard on my computer requiring a total reload of the OS once
to twice a year and periodic reloads of jaws to keep things working decently
for me.
take care,
