on the resetting the settings, I meant that you should during the reload, 
answer yes to the user settings question, which would entail you re-doing 
your user settings when jaws was done with the reinstall, other than that 
you got it all straight, if your still getting the extra read items I'll dig 
in my stuff and see if I have anything else, I'd also dig at FS support to 
find you an answer as well!
