[JAWSLite] Excel question

Hi,
I was asked to go to a tab in Excel.  How do you get to a tab using keyboard 
commands?  I tried control tab and nothing happened.  I tried the application 
key and couldn't find anything.  Also, I looked through the menus 

I have Excell 2003 and JFW Version 8.
