whoa, we got to different things here, I am talking outlook express, not
outlook.
and I know folks that use outlook with little trouble also, did anyone try
reading the help files at www.jfwlite on using outlook? there there, there
findable, and there quite good, or asking out here on either of the two
lists that would be appropriate for such a question, like the windows list
or the jawslight list?
in outlook express I hit two keys, alt plus I, then A, and type in/brows to
the file I want attached, and either enter on the file name or tab to ok and
enter or space bar, va la, done
in talking outlook, instead of outlook express, your talking about taking a
E mail manager/organizer/appointment calendar/reminder etc program and using
it as an E mail client, if you need all those functions fine, but I don't
think Eudora does all that, does it?, if the answer is no, then your not
making a decent comparison, since your talking apples and oranges here, and
outlook express is the proper comparison.

inthane

Well, it took a sighted co-worker with the 4
pages of the help on the subject and I over
½hour just to attach a file to a message using
Outlook 2007. A 10 second job with Eudora. To each his own.

ah, I have used outlook from day one and have no problems using it, so flip
that right around,
and as has been mentioned on this topic line, Eudora is no longer
supported, so it's going to fade out.

I don't think you have ever used Eudora or you would not ask that
question. Eudora has Outlook & Outlook Express beaten in ease of use. I
am forced to use Outlook at work and it is anything but Blind user
friendly.

why not just use outlook express, it works fine and there are no adds to

Subject: [JAWSLite] Eudora in Unpaid Mode: What does JAWS see?
Hello to all:
I use Eudora as my email client and have always run it in paid mode
where
there are no ads. I'm trying to help another JAWS user who is just
getting
started with computers and the Internet. Because of the great support
which JAWS provides for Eudora, this would be an excellent email client
for
my friend to use, but unfortunately, money is always a consideration for
her. I seem to remember hearing at one time that JAWS may not actually
speak those ads which appear in unpaid mode, and if true, what JAWS may
not
see could actually work to her advantage. Has anyone on this list had
any
experience with how JAWS behaves in unpaid mode? Does it speak those
ads
or not? I appreciate the help.
