[JAWSLite] Re: Do we need to explain common abbreviations?

Good evening,

1. My personal prefernce is to not have abbreviations wrapped in tags.

2. Times when you might wish to wrap an abbreviation in a tag would be if 
its meaning is not easily decernible from the context, or if it is an 
uncommon abbreviation.
