no offense taken at all.  All I'm trying to say is don't do multiple lists 
in one  CC.  You can send these messages here, but don't send to ten lists 
at one time.  This is poor email etiquette and most list owners frown on it.

I will qualify this with the fact that I don't know which messages in
particular your referring to, but may I point out that some items effect
many if not all users of something, so are best posted to all the lists one
is on, seeing as there are users on one list that are not on others; and
that some items are concerned with both lists main thrust, and again, have
different folks on them so one may be able to get an answer on one list but
not the other, and the sender never knows where they will find that answer.

I have seen many posts to lists that are entirely off topic, but generally
if you tell them so, as you usually politely do, and let them know where
they may find the answer they need, most of them have joined that list
without a problem, many apologizing either in advance or in a last reply.

I hope you will consider this as a friendly listing of notes concerning this
statement, and not as an attack on you, its not meant as "an assault",
