Some list software actually blocks stuff in the CC or BCC fields.  Also, 
cleaning up the forwards would be nice too, especially if they're on topic for 
the list?

Hi Everett,

Talking about C C ing a message to multiple lists including this one.  Most 
lists do not like this being done and most people don't like it being done 
because it screws up email filters bigtime.
