Hello Everett,

I have tried the trial version of ABC Amber PDF Converter and it worked 
quite well with JAWS.  The trial version only converts up to five pages of a 
PDF file.  I think the price was $12.95 for the program.

The conversion process was pretty straight forward.  There is an "open" 
button so a user can browse and open the PDF file to be converted.  Using 
the tab key, a user can move to a list of 24 radio buttons to pick the type 
of file to be created.  CHM was the 23rd choice in the list.  Using the tab 
key, a user can move to the "Save As" button and open the "Save As" dialog 
box.

It is necessary to have a HTML Help compiler.  You can install the HTML Help 
Workshop from Microsoft.  The ABC Amber PDF converter needs to know the 
location of the HHC.EXE file, which can be specified in the options found 
under the tools menu.  If the HTML Help workshop is installed then no change 
needs to be made in the options, as the HHC.EXE file location will be found.

The ABC Amber to PDF was set up so that controls and menus seem to be quite 
accessible.  Again, I have only tried the trial version.
