[JAWSLite] Brinkster or other hosting access

I'm looking at web hosting companies and wonder if anyone knows ones that
have site tools that are accessible.  I'm aware that I can uploat with ftp
but am referring to email and other site management tools.  For example,
this blurb below illustrates one of the Brinkster tools.
Brinkster Domain Name Manager

With the Domain Manager you can manage the settings for the domain names
that are hosted with Brinkster. Access the Domain Manager via the Control
Panel to register new domains, renew existing domains, and update
registration (contact) information.
