I am confusing of the differences in Bachellor Of Science On Computer Science 
And Bachellor Of Science On Information Technology.

Can you tell me what are the differences of this two four year course?

And which of this two course is applicable for the blind student.

And what is your advice between these two course on developping my career in 
many areas on computer.

Please, help me.
I am confusing.
